What we collect
We store account identity, product context, named contacts you enter, plans, completion evidence, seven-day outcome reports, market signals, referral status, feedback exchanges, AI usage metadata, and delivery preferences needed to provide Three Moves. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
AI providers
When AI planning is enabled, relevant product and buyer context is sent to the configured AI provider to generate a constrained plan or reply. Do not paste secrets, payment-card data, or sensitive personal information into buyer notes.
App URL inspection
A Sellability Check reads only public HTML at the HTTPS URL you provide. It does not access source code, private deployments, or builder credentials.
Free diagnoses and one-time reminders
Calculator inputs and result history stay in your browser unless you choose to continue, share a result link, or request a reminder. Shared diagnosis links contain the score, summary, and three recommended moves but not the original private inputs. If you request a reminder, we store the email address, result link, summary, and scheduled delivery status until the message is sent or cancelled. The reminder is not newsletter consent.
Community and public proof
Feedback requests show the app information needed to perform the requested test. Buyer objections are shared only with explicit consent. Proof cards remain private until you publish them; published cards can be viewed by anyone with their link.
Builder Cards are private by default. If you publish one, its handle, bio, product details, chosen contact link, and any stats or active experiment you separately enable can be viewed by anyone. A proof card appears on the weekly Proof Board only when both the card and your Builder Card are public and you explicitly add that proof to the board. Turning your Builder Card off removes your proofs from the board. We do not publish your email address, buyer records, private notes, revenue, or follower counts.
Marketing Inbox items, tracked-link labels, and guest-test responses are private to the account owner. Guest testers can respond without an account; their name, optional email, and answers are shown only to the builder who created the test. Tracked links record aggregate clicks and set a first-party attribution cookie for up to 30 days. Three Moves does not treat a click as a conversion or payment unless the builder verifies the outcome.
Your choices
You can change public profile and proof settings, export your data, or delete account and project data from Settings. To request help with access, correction, or deletion, email hey@threemoves.app.
Security and retention
Login links expire after 15 minutes and sessions after 30 days. We retain service records until you delete the account or retention is required for fraud prevention, payment records, or legal obligations.
