Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Three Moves. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Three Moves, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Three Moves for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, and legally able to enter this agreement. The service is built for business use and is not directed to children.
If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a pass, or continue using the service.
The service and AI
Three Moves provides an opinionated marketing and distribution operating system: onboarding, strategy, exactly three daily moves, drafts, evidence capture, progress views, free tools, reminders, integrations, and optional community features.
AI features may generate plans, drafts, classifications, summaries, or reply suggestions from the context you provide. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable. You must review it before sending, publishing, spending money, changing a product, or relying on it.
No outcome guarantee. Three Moves does not guarantee replies, customers, rankings, activation, payments, revenue, profitability, or any other business result. The product constrains work and creates a market rep; customers still decide what happens.
Three Moves is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, or other professional advice. Seek qualified advice when a decision requires it.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your email account and devices, and activity performed through your session. Do not share sign-in links or bypass access controls. Tell us promptly at hey@threemoves.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
One individual account may not be shared among multiple people unless a separate team feature or written agreement allows it. You may export or delete account data through Settings, subject to the retention boundaries in the Privacy Policy.
Your content and the permission needed to operate
You keep ownership of product descriptions, buyer notes, contacts, drafts, evidence, feedback, proof, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit and use it.
You grant Three Moves a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Three Moves or as you direct through public and sharing settings. This license is non-exclusive and ends when the content is deleted, except for legal records, restricted backups, content already shared outside the service, and rights needed to resolve disputes.
Do not upload trade secrets, credentials, sensitive personal data, or third-party confidential information unless you are authorized and Three Moves is appropriate for that use. Product feedback or suggestions you send about Three Moves may be used to improve the service without an obligation to pay you.
Community, guest tests, and public content
Builder Cards, proof, and Proof Board participation are opt-in. Public content can be viewed, copied, linked, or cached by others. Unpublishing removes it from Three Moves surfaces but cannot recall copies outside our control.
Feedback must be relevant, original, respectful, and based on the requested test. Do not impersonate buyers, invent outcomes, expose confidential information, manipulate credits, coordinate fake proof, or use guest tests for unsolicited mass collection.
We may review, reject, hide, or remove community content and restrict community access when reasonably needed for safety, quality, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Community moderation is not guaranteed to be immediate or error-free.
Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law, consent requirements, advertising rules, email and messaging rules, privacy obligations, and the policies of channels where you publish, advertise, scrape, or contact people.
You may not use Three Moves to:
- send spam, harassment, threats, deceptive claims, fake scarcity, or discriminatory content;
- scrape private data, bypass robots or access controls, probe private networks, or inspect URLs you are not permitted to test;
- upload malware, attack the service, evade rate limits, reverse engineer restricted parts, or interfere with other users;
- create fake accounts, self-referrals, fabricated customer evidence, manipulated payments, or false public proof;
- use outputs to make high-impact decisions about another person in employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, or legal services;
- resell, sublicense, or provide shared access to the service unless a written agreement permits it.
Third-party services and integrations
Three Moves uses Creem for commerce and may connect to Stripe for optional read-only revenue evidence, email delivery, OpenRouter or another configured AI provider, hosting infrastructure, and external channels or websites. Their products are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and fees.
An optional Stripe connection is read-only for the scopes requested by Three Moves. You authorize the service to read the connected information needed for the feature and can disconnect it. External links, public pages inspected by a free tool, and channel recommendations are not endorsements or guarantees.
We are not responsible for third-party services, policy changes, outages, content, or actions outside our reasonable control.
Founding Lifetime Core ownership
One Founding Lifetime Core payment grants one individual account access to the Core tier for as long as Three Moves operates and the account remains in good standing. “Lifetime” refers to the operating life of the Three Moves service—not your lifetime, a guaranteed number of years, or perpetual hosting.
Core covers one active product and the Core features described at checkout on the purchase date, plus normal maintenance and improvements to those features. The pass is personal, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
Separate charges or limits may apply to additional active products, AI credits or high-volume generations, human founder work, calls, cohorts, premium community programs, third-party fees, and future products or modules that are not part of Core.
Reasonable fair-use and technical limits may apply to AI, public URL inspection, automated use, storage, and community participation. Limits will be applied to protect service availability and costs, not to silently convert Core into a recurring subscription.
Payments, taxes, refunds, and credits
Prices and included items are shown at checkout. Creem is the merchant of record for Three Moves purchases. By completing checkout, you authorize Creem to charge the selected one-time purchase or add-on and to handle applicable transaction taxes, receipts, disputes, and payment processing under its terms. You remain responsible for accurate billing information and any charges imposed by your bank or payment method.
You may request a refund for the initial Core purchase within 14 days after purchase by contacting hey@threemoves.app. Refunds after that window, and refunds for consumed AI credits or completed human services, are available only where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Referral or promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire or be reversed for fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, refunds, chargebacks, or manipulation. A referral reward unlocks only after the qualifying evidence-backed action shown in the product.
Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, add, remove, or discontinue features to improve the service, respond to law or provider changes, control abuse, or keep the product sustainable. We will not describe every interface change as a Terms change, but material reductions affecting purchased Core access will receive reasonable notice where practical.
We may suspend or limit access for security incidents, nonpayment, unlawful use, abuse, attempted circumvention, threats to the service, or a material breach of these Terms. When practical, we will explain the reason and allow a chance to fix the issue.
You may stop using Three Moves and delete the account at any time. Sections that by nature must survive—such as ownership, payment records, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—continue after termination.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Moves is provided “as is” and “as available.” Three Moves disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mandatory warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Moves and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, customers, goodwill, opportunities, or data; or the cost of substitute services arising from Three Moves, AI output, community content, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Three Moves for claims relating to Three Moves will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid directly for the service giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Disputes, updates, and contact
Before starting a formal claim, contact hey@threemoves.app with a clear description and requested resolution. Both sides agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue informally for 30 days, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline requires faster action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Costa Rica will hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without written permission; Three Moves may transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or sale.
We may update these Terms when the service, providers, pricing structure, or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
